Today I watched the TdF stage here, for free, with English commentary. It is the live streaming video from Eurosport UK and, with any luck, it will be available all Tour long. The quality isn't superb, but cheap asses can't be choosers.

Another cheap ass option is to drop by my house and watch Le Tour on the L'Big Screen.
They blocked sputnik TV , the only chanel i can watch on the net from ASIA.
Can't thank you enough for this link. Now I'm addicted! I'm sure we'll be able to find the Vuelta, which is less than a month out.
